Jake Honour
Service Delivery Manager“I’m Jake, i’m responsible for ensuring the service we deliver our clients is always first-class by nurturing and developing our amazing Service Desk. In my spare time I like riding my motorbike and going to the gym.”

Lydia Burgess
Technical Analyst“I’m a Technical Analyst on the WestSpring Service Desk. In my spare time, I like painting, drawing, playing video games and exploring new places.”

Ryan Starr
Technical Analyst“I’m Ryan, after graduating from the University of Plymouth with a BSc Degree in Computer Systems and Networks, I have worked in IT at Bath Royal Hospital and Bristol University before joining WestSpring. In my spare time, I enjoy tennis, going for walks, cycling, cooking, baking, gardening and a little bit of gaming every now and then.“

Eithan Brown
Technical Analyst“I’m Eithan, another WestSpring Apprentice, I’ve always had a huge interest in learning more about technology and improving my knowledge further. In my spare time I like to build computers for friends and family and play various games together either in VR or just online. I also like to see my girlfriend when I can because she feels like a copy paste version of myself I can goof around with. “

Technical Analyst“I’m a Technical Analyst and help our Workshop Delivery Manager, Dec in the Workshop while working towards my apprenticeship qualification. In my spare time I like gaming, building computers and spending time with my girlfriend.”

Senior Technical Analyst“I’m Oscar, a Senior Technical Analyst and started my career at WestSpring as an Apprentice after doing a Game Development degree at university. In my spare time I like digging for geodes.”

Tom Samuel
Technical Analyst“I studied IT at college and have been based mainly in IT jobs ever since, both in 1st line and 2nd line!
In my spare time I love a movie and frequently spend my evenings going to pool/snooker nights with a few friends. I also enjoy spending my spare time playing around with IT bits and networking equipment!”

Matt Pyne
Technical AnalystI’m Matt, a Technical Analyst on the Service Desk. Outside of work I enjoy video games, reading, writing stories and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. I also own the company’s largest collection of bonkers shirts.”

Nick Bassett
Technical Analyst“I’m Nick, one of WestSpring’s newer Technical Analysts. I’ve over 5 years’ experience working in IT support and over 2 years’ experience at a senior level. In my spare time I enjoys fashion designing using Illustrator and Photoshop, keeping fit in the gym, gaming, tech and football – adding another Arsenal fan to the office!“

Head of Marketing“I’ve been working in Marketing for the IT and Telecoms industry since graduating in 2014 with a Psychology and Marketing degree. I’m responsible for maintaining consistent branding and promoting our values. In my spare time I enjoy running, cooking, going out for food and spending time with my dog, Milo.”

Emily Harrison
Finance Assistant“I previously lived in Brighton, studying maths at University for 3 years and recently made the move to Bristol, where i’m looking forward to immersing myself in the Bristolian art and music scene!
Outside of the office, I am a hand-made pottery enthusiast, previously making my masterpieces in a studio in Brighton owned by an award-winning potter!”

Office Manager“I’m Tasha, Office Manager . Before joining WestSpring I worked as an Apprentice Dental Nurse, so a slight change in career path! Office Admin“I’ve joined as an Office Administrator to support Tasha our Office Manager and the wider business. In my spare time I take part in an amateur dramatic society called BAOS, where I perform in musicals at The Redgrave Theatre in Clifton!“

Client Services Director“I’m Jack, Client Services Director. I’m responsible for maintaining great relationships with our clients and ensuring they are always well looked after. In my spare time I like watching Bristol City and playing golf.”

Elliott Garnett
Head of Procurement“I was WestSpring’s first employee and started off on our Service Desk as an Apprentice. I’ve since worked in a number of roles in the business until working my way up to be Head of Procurement. I’m responsible for helping our clients get the most suitable hardware and software at the best price. In my spare time I enjoy Go Karting and Golf.”

Workshop Delivery Manager“I’m Dec, Workshop Delivery Manager. I run the workshop and build, fix and deliver machines to our clients. I started my career in IT as an Apprentice at WestSpring. In my spare time I enjoy watching Bristol City and DJing.”

Technical Consultant“I’m Danny, a Technical Consultant and I’m part of the team who deliver projects and proactive sites visits to our clients. When i’m not working I enjoy playing and watching football, bird-watching, and travelling.”

Patrick Davison
Project Consultant“I’m Patrick, a Project Consultant. I’m fairly new to WestSpring but have been working for MSPs for over 5 years up, well until last year where I had a brief stint at the Ministry of Magic. When i’m not doing spells I enjoy keeping active and socialising.”

Head of Technology“I’m George, Head of Technology, I spend most of my time out and about delivering client projects and overseeing our team of consultants. I’ve been at WestSpring since almost the beginning. In my spare time I enjoy anything which involves alcohol, holidays/festivals and spending time with my family and dog.”

Implementation Consultant“My main role is to configure and roll-out the products and services we provided to our clients. A big part of the job is to standardise and optimise what we do, to allow everything to be configured and built as efficiently as possible. I’ve been working in a Service Desk environment since leaving college. In my spare time I like going down to Ashton Gate and supporting my team, Bristol City.”

Director & Co-Founder“I met Jase working at a MSP, after much discussions we decided to start our own IT support company that made people and relationships a priority. I’m involved in the more technical side of WestSpring and look after our team of consultants, as well as our internal IT. In pretty much all of my spare time (and work time!) you’ll find me on a golf course.”
