THE BRIEF
Ingenia were looking to move to a much larger premises to continue to enable the business to grow, a big part in the office move was to create a new secure environment for secure printing to be offered.
THE OBJECTIVE
Carry out office move effectively and with minimal impact on their production.
THE SOLUTION
We delivered a fully managed project from planning & risk management to full documentation. We provided a new network and project managed the whole move over a weekend, liaising with 3 parties such as phone companies, CCTV and door access companies to ensure everything went smoothly.
The project was delivered over the weekend to minimise downtime and all the team were able to walk into the new office on Monday to fully functioning IT services.

THE RESULTS
By limiting downtime to just one weekend Ingenia were able to move with very minimal effect on their production. We were able to have everything for the staff to carry on as if nothing had changed when they came in the following Monday.
