I joined WestSpring in 2019 as a Technical Analyst and have now worked my way up to Operations Manager and part of the Leadership Team. With the right drive and enthusiasm there’s no limit to our teams’ career development. Work Life Balance
We strive to be forward thinking and modern with our working practices and believe in the importance of a good work-life balance. Management are understanding and accommodating to peoples’ personal needs and home-life and encourage staff to not work beyond their contractual hours. No job is worth missing out on your child’s sports day.

Fun Social Calendar
At WestSpring we go all out with our social events with our quarterly socials often spanning multiple activities over a day. So far we’ve done paintballing, darts, go karting and cocktail making. We also hold an annual ski trip for the whole team over Christmas.

Career Development
There is no limit to our staff’s career development and a number of our team have already worked their way up to senior positions in a short space of time.
