WestSpring was founded with a passion to deliver professional, friendly and approachable first-class IT support services to businesses. We are real people who believe in building great relationships above all else.

Phil and I had both been experiencing the same frustration working for Managed Service Providers, that it was profit over people. For a service-led industry, the service being delivered was (and still can be) below par.

We realised that with our combined skillset we could bring professional, top tier IT support and knowledge to smaller local businesses while still maintaining a proactive, personal and attentive service.

That’s where the idea from WestSpring came from, the idea that IT support shouldn’t be a service where you never know the person fixing your issue on the other end of the phone, or the idea that you should be charged for each problem that crops up. IT support should be a service where you feel like you have your own team in the room just over, you know them and they understand your business.

A Truly Unlimited Service

We really do act as your very own outsourced IT team. There’s no limit to on site visits or support hours logged. We are here to help as little or as often as you need us. Our support services are charged as a flat monthly fee, not per user and includes all the necessary services you require meaning, if you increase your headcount you won’t be penalised financially by us.

Real People not Robots

We’re not your stereotypical IT company. In fact our initial conversations are rarely focused on IT. First and foremost we concentrate on building great relationships and delivering a first class service.

First Class Client Experience

The relationships we build are more than just buyer/seller, we like to get to know our clients outside of a work setting. We hold regular client socials including Golf, Go Karting, Ten Pin Bowling as well as an end of year Charity Event.

Our History

  • 2016 – The Beginning

    After a meeting in Costa between Jason, Phil and a joint vision to create a new IT service that would provide a vast range of unlimited IT solutions, WestSpring IT was born, becoming officially registered on the 21st October 2016.

  • 2017 – First Office

    2017 was a busy year for the team at WestSpring, from moving into our first office in January after partnering with Datto and starting our first project with Rockpool, to outgrowing our offices one more time before finally settling in at Filwood Green Business Park in September. Elliott also became the first member to join our team, with Penny joining shortly afterwards in October.

  • 2018 – New Services and Growth

    2018 was a really exciting one for us. We launched our brand new website, a fantastic new product (hosted telephony) for our clients and experienced another year of serious growth.

  • 2019 – 11 New Clients

    2019 was another great year for WestSpring with continued growth and the business was performing really well. Our team grew from 5 to 10 and we gained 11 new clients! We also introduced loads of new services including; WestSpring Rooms, WestSpring Lobby and WestSpring Mobiles. We also rounded off the year with an amazing ski trip with all our team!

  • 2020 – Another Office Move

    2020 was an eventful year! It began with a move to our new home at Hawkfield Business Park. Days later we were working from home and dealing with a global pandemic! 2020 was as rewarding as it was challenging, supporting our clients at a very tough time, helping them to adapt to a world with Covid-19. WestSpring also added 5 new members of staff to the team.

  • 2021 – Sales and Marketing Boost

    After a tricky year for many thanks to Covid, in 2021 we decided to kick things up a notch and accelerate the growth of the business. We hired a Business Development Manager and a Head of Marketing to tell the WestSpring story and enhance our brand identity, spreading the word on how we really are different. 2021 also saw us kick of our Client Social Programme, running our first Golden Pin Bowling Competition, Client Golf Day and Charity Evening.

Ever since WestSpring began, our focus has been on empowering our employees and building a great place to work. We’ve built a culture around knowledge sharing and helping each other as we understand that working effectively as a team makes for a good business.

There’s no limit to the teams’ career development, we’ve taken on a number of apprentices who have fast tracked into managerial positions because they’ve proved that they’re good at what they do. Giving our staff the opportunity to go as far as they are willing to, gives them the drive and self-motivation to determine their own future.

In a service focused business like WestSpring, being successful is all down to delighting our customers. We treat everyone internally and externally as equals and believe in just being good people.
